A single room or a double room? ㅡ 싱글 룸으로 드릴까요?, 더블 룸으로 드릴까요?

I'm afraid I cant find your reservation. ㅡ 죄송하지만 손님은 예약이 안 되어 있습니다.

When did you make a reservation? / ㅡ 언제 예약을 하셨습니까?

We usually hold rooms for confirmed reservations. ㅡ 저희는 주로 예약이 확인된 방만 비워놓습니다.

What kind of room do you have in mind ? ㅡ 어떤 방을 원하십니까?

I"d like a twin room (a single/ a double room) please.(GUEST) ㅡ 트윈룸(싱글, 더블)이 필요합니다.
